Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy a program from AGG Training Systems or sign up for coaching. AGG Training Systems is run by Alan Greiner in College Station, Texas ("I," "me," "AGG"). By purchasing or using any program or coaching service, you agree to these terms.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a program or sign up for coaching. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase, agree to these terms, and approve your participation.

Not medical advice

I am a fitness coach, not a doctor, dietitian, or licensed healthcare provider. Everything I provide, including programs, coaching, check-in feedback, and social media content, is general fitness information. It is not medical advice and is not meant to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.

Talk to your doctor before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication, or have not exercised in a long time. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or unusual pain.

Assumption of risk

Exercise carries a risk of injury. By using any AGG program or coaching, you choose to participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own safety, including using proper form, choosing appropriate weights, and training within your limits. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release AGG Training Systems and Alan Greiner from liability for any injury, illness, or loss connected to your use of the programs or coaching.

Results

Transformation photos and stories on this site show my own results or the results of specific people. They are not typical or guaranteed. Your results depend on your effort, consistency, sleep, nutrition, health, genetics, and other factors I don't control.

The Foundation and other digital programs

When you buy a digital program, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own training. You may not copy, resell, share, post, or distribute the program or any part of it. All content is owned by AGG Training Systems.

1-on-1 coaching

• Coaching starts after you complete the questionnaire, I accept you as a client, and your first payment goes through.
• Coaching is billed monthly on the same date each month until you cancel.
• You agree to answer the questionnaire and weekly check-ins honestly, including any injuries or health changes.
• I may decline or end coaching at any time if we aren't a good fit, if you don't disclose relevant health information, or if you behave abusively. If I end coaching mid-cycle for reasons other than your conduct, I will refund the unused portion of that month.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Launch prices are available for a limited time, after which regular prices apply to new purchases.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AGG Training Systems' total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Brazos County, Texas.

Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Changes don't affect purchases you already made.
