Refund Policy

The Foundation (digital program)

Because The Foundation is delivered instantly as a download, all sales are final once you receive access. I will issue a refund if you were charged twice, or if the file doesn't work and I can't fix it within 3 business days of your email.

1-on-1 coaching

• Cancel anytime. Email aggsystemstraining@gmail.com before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
• No partial-month refunds. When you cancel, your coaching continues through the end of the month you already paid for.
• First-week guarantee. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and I haven't delivered your first training plan yet, you get a full refund.
• If I end coaching mid-month for reasons other than your conduct, I refund the unused portion of that month.

How to request a refund

Email aggsystemstraining@gmail.com with the name and email you used to pay. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
