This policy explains what information AGG Training Systems collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What I collect

• Purchase information: your name, email, and billing details, collected by Stripe when you pay. I receive your name, email, and payment status, not your full card number.
• Coaching questionnaire answers: collected through Google Forms, including your age, height, weight, goals, training history, nutrition habits, sleep, stress, injuries, and medical conditions you choose to share.
• Check-ins: weekly updates, progress photos, and measurements you send during coaching.
• Messages: anything you send me by email or direct message.

How I use it

• To deliver the program or coaching you paid for and build your training plan safely
• To process payments and send receipts
• To reply to your questions and send updates about your coaching

I will never sell your personal information. I will never post your photos, measurements, or story publicly without your written permission.

Health information

Health details you share are used only to coach you safely. Only I have access to them. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Services I use

Your information may be handled by these services under their own privacy policies: Stripe (payments), Google Forms and Google Drive (questionnaires and records), Netlify (website hosting), and Instagram (if you message me there).

How long I keep it

I keep coaching records while you're a client and for up to two years afterward, then delete them. Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax purposes.

Your choices

Email aggsystemstraining@gmail.com to see, correct, or delete the information I have about you.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from them. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian's permission to buy or join coaching.

Changes

I may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
